Rise & Renew Travel, LLC acts as an independent travel advisor and assists clients with researching, planning, and booking travel services. We do not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, or other travel suppliers.

All travel services are provided by third-party suppliers and are subject to their individual terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.

IIn most cases, clients pay travel suppliers directly. Pricing, availability, and terms are determined by the supplier and may change until booked and confirmed.

Rise & Renew Travel, LLC may receive compensation in the form of commissions or fees from suppliers. Any applicable planning or service fees will be disclosed prior to booking.

Travel plans may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, mechanical issues, supplier changes, governmental actions, or health-related restrictions.

Rise & Renew Travel, LLC is not responsible for:

• Schedule changes or cancellations

• Acts or omissions of travel suppliers

• Travel delays or interruptions

• Supplier insolvency or bankruptcy

Clients are encouraged to review supplier policies carefully and to consider purchasing travel insurance.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or interruptions. The decision to purchase insurance is the client’s responsibility.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate traveler information

• Ensuring passports, visas, and required documents are valid

• Understanding destination entry requirements

• Reviewing all travel documents upon receipt

Rise & Renew Travel, LLC is not responsible for penalties or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rise & Renew Travel, LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from the acts or omissions of third-party travel suppliers or circumstances beyond our control.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
